- All registrations will be processed only after (1) the completed online registration form and (2) the registration fee have been received. HKU members joining the free pass waiting list are subject to availability.
- HKU members who wish to secure a place are advised to register under the paid categories.
- The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the case of event cancellation by the Conference organisers.
